bitter magnet

..well part of it when towards two huge pieces of pumpkin pie. :) in one sitting just my mom and i ate half of the pie we made! it was delicious, to say the very least. oh, and the sour cream topping was *the best*...

anyway, that has got to be one of the best desserts ever. PUMPKIN PIE WITH SOUR CREAM. my next challenge is to make a pumpkin cheesecake, that also uses a sour cream topping. never tried one, but just the sound of it is amazing!! hmm, i am so thankful i am not lactose intolerant. :)
