another cold day
well, it's not that bad..although there's some strong winds it's not as freezing as it was a few days ago, when it felt like -28 C (!). Now it only feels like -12. And over the weekend, it was around 0 or 1 C..after all that crazy freezing weather earlier, it felt balmy!!
anyways, nothing new going on. i did get to go to the Z-Center again last night, to go swimming. it was really fun..michael and i tried racing, and it was funny cuz even when he gave me a 5-second headstart, he still won. but it was great cuz i could finally do exercise (the day before i did the upright stationary bike). woo-hoo. hopefully by February i can be jogging again..
